Original Artwork - Final Sale

All original artwork is final sale and non-returnable. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Prints - Made to Order

All prints are made to order and are non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for prints unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at kelli@kellikroneberger.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the artwork and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the case of approved damage claims where a replacement is not possible. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
